The Ultimate Programme offers face-to-face consultations but is likely, at this time, to be limited to those who live within reasonable traveling distance of Sheffield.

1.     Download Questionnaire

2.    Print out questionnaire and complete off-line. Fee of £65 + VAT i.e. £76.38.  When you have completed your questionnaire, please return to this page and click the button below to be taken to PayPal where you can complete payment by credit/debit card. You may also make your payment now, prior to completing your questionnaire if you wish. (Other methods of payment are shown on the questionnaire).

3.   To organize an appointment please phone 0114 2551345 (Eating For Beauty/The Caring Clinic Reception).  You will need to allow 1½ hours for the consultation.  During that session your current diet will be assessed, a very tailored and comprehensive supplement programme will be calculated and it’s potential explained with as much detail as you require.  Much of the time will be spent talking about your ideal food selection and how such changes can be incorporated into your life. Phone support, generally without additional cost, is available between appointments.

4.  It is usual to monitor progress after one month.  This can be another full appointment, depending upon your need, costing £76.38 inc. VAT or a ½ hour appointment costing £38.19 inc. VAT.

5.  It is usual to complete a review appointment of ½ hour after a further 2 months, cost £38.19 inc. VAT.  N.B. Other appointments can be scheduled to suit your needs.

     Supplement costs will depend entirely on your defined objectives.
